I think I can...I CAN, I CAN!

I've been canning...as in preserving fruit and stuff! Yep, I said CANNING.

Running tally: 12 jars of salsa, 24 jars of peaches, 30 jars of pears and 24 jars of pepper jelly! I am feeling domesticated!



Note: I have to say...the VERY best part of canning was the fine company in which I kept while slicing and dicing! Thanks Mom (peaches), Lisa, Steph and Galena gang (salsa), Peggy and Steph (pepper jelly), Kelly, Margo and Taryn (pears)!!! It's much more fun with good pals like you!
