So proud of my dad. He and his business partner, Larry, were honored at the Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" dinner gala this year. It's a prestigious award to get. Like they say..."Behind every successful man is a phenomenal woman." (that would be my mother, Linda:))
Fancied all up...it's been a while.
Way to go Brent and Larry!

NEVER SAY NEVER!
I walked away from Eliza's 2-year-old photo shoot thinking disaster had surely struck! Liza was a PILL... uncooperative and whiney unless I was right by her side. We had a few lucid moments but they were so brief, I finally called it after 10 minutes of pure frustration. I think the photographer was relieved too. Anyway, was I ever surprised when I reluctantly showed up for the preview. I have no idea where these pictures came from quite honestly. Are you kidding? I ended up w/a 5-picture composite of guess who...yep, yours truly, Princess Lu Lu and her many faces. She gets the Miss Photogenic award of the day (thanks to some serious editing and cropping)! Extra props though to Mr. Isaac who was a big help and perfect gentleman for his shoot.

Gotta love and appreciate her spunk!

Old Friends, New Friends...
Old friends. A night out on the town with my Zimmer friends. They were my counterparts in dental implant sales...Myra Haynes from Seattle and Dana Fisher who ran the other half of the UT territory. Always much gossip to catch up on. Myra still works for Zimmer.
Where would we be w/out nice cousin friends???
New friends this year! Preschool buddies...all looking a little bashful at the moment. Possibly doing actions to a song they were singing??? They were performing their Spring program for their parents. Isaac sure talked about his friend, Portia, a lot. He is standing next to her. Mom approves. She is a very cute girl:)
New friends we met shopping while standing in a very long check out line. These girls all appeared about the same age. They started playing together so cute and before we reached the register, they'd struck up a nice friendship.
New friends (since they were only born 18 months ago)...the adorable triplets, our neighbors Austin, Jackson and Rio with their mother Summer. Fun play date! Looking forward to many more to come!
Old friends. Us at U2 concert. We feel a personal connection to Bono...I guess ever since he looked me straight in the eyes and sung from his heart :) on his Vertigo tour in AZ 6 years ago. I was on John's shoulders...close to the stage. What a rush, seriously! Oh, and best friend, yep, that would be John. We've known each other for 12 years~thankgoodness we finally met and hooked up to get married:) He and my kiddos are the best part of my life!

Batter up!
Tee-ball was a fun experience for Isaac. Lucky for him, his Daddy was the coach and had just as much fun, if not more! You can tell that their scrimmage skills are especially good...although they never quite learned to stay in those outfield positions! Pile on, boys!
Isaac's team consisted of 10 boys...one of which was a good friend, Hudson. The RANGERS rocked!!! All their games were played at South Mountain on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Piston cups at last!!!
We celebrated the boys victorious season by going to a Buzz game.
Can I have some,please?

Lakers vs. Jazz - April 1st
No April Fools joke. I was this close to Kobe. Too bad I don't really care for him. He must have negative one percent body fat on his body. He's pure muscle and a little skin. For sure this ref was paid off by Lakers.
Talk about Livin' on a Prayer...that would describe the Jazz in this game. Held their own for first half then lost it completely by second half. The reffing helped to support their demise. Good times anyway:) Great dinner with the 100 club!
